Beloved,
I have lived in two worlds. By day, I have sat with executives untangling SOX controls and audit findings. By calling, I have stood as a pastor with Universal Life Ministry, sitting with souls untangling something far older.
Here is what I learned: the strategist optimizes the variables. The pastor blesses the variables you cannot. Together, they make a whole human being. Apart, they each go mad.
The S.L.U.T philosophy is what happens when those two seats merge. Surrender (the pastor's first word) becomes the precondition for Trust (the strategist's final move). The framework holds you with both hands.
